The bright flash of the Skepna's plasma cannon tears Lorens' focus away from the HUD. Although he can't quite make out the full extent of the damage dealt by Walt from this angle, he figures something that flashy couldn't possibly have left a small mark.
Lorens is speechless. He maintains his course.
