Oddly enough, there's no PD preventing Ellie's attacks after Crash and Xiaomei made theirs. In fact, most of the defensive coverage seems to be firing towards the rear.

"...Klara?" His gut wrenches as he hears her last words and watches her go down. His eyes search the skies for a chute, but he know he won't see one. He realizes, slowly, that this is his fault: he knew she only ever carried one chaff, and he should've remembered that she'd already spent it. He knew he'd always made a habit of watching her carefully, combining their countermeasures to protect her. But he was tired, he was careless, he'd lost track. And now he'd lost her.
This is it. She's gone.
Walt evades the Odslighet's impending attack, but maintains course towards it. As he does, his eyes fix on the flagship and his mind settles on one singular, burning purpose. He grits his teeth, burying his grief and pain, letting it fuel his determination.

Jaakko aims and fires at the top deck emplacements on the Obslighet with his gun.
"What is the Obslighet attacking that's behind it?"

Cannon rounds perforate the already stricken Tornado. Before Lorens could react, a shockwave slams him against his harness, thrashing his head and knocking the wind out of his lungs. He pries his eyes wide open to find stars whirling around him in the roosterpit.
"... This is Snowman... I'm punching out," Lorens calls out to no-one in particular, failing to register his roosterpit has gone dark and that there was only static coming out of his headset. He sluggishly reaches for the canopy release and pulls the ejection handle.
