But since that's water under the bridge, i think your main worry besides the ethics of killing guerra is the ethics of your commanding officers. First and foremost, he overstepped his authority by operating outside the process that Guerra would have had to face. In short he was denied his trial. Probably not that glaring of an issue given that the courts would have done away with him because he was a Huit. But again even Huits are people. This isn't justice nor a mercy killing by law.
