Nope. Your scrambling capabilities are limited to your countermeasures, ECM pods, and G-scrams, more or less.

i'm totally fine with not having access to the g-scrams right now but practically everyone is at T2+ right now for the ECM pods
they're also wonderfully generic so I guess it's an npc-only thing

We're redoing ECM, its going to be a squad leader-only (so for the time being, only kibble and nozoner) item that provides buffs to them and their subordinates.

"They've got great anti-ground capability with those four large cannons on the bottom, there's some point-defense systems on these guys, but they're not really that good at shooting down the missiles- great for planes though. There's a missile turret on top if you want to take that out first."

Bell flips the master-arm switch.

"The engines are pretty well covered by point defense emplacements, so I wouldn't go for them unless they were already taken out. They have some pretty good armor plating on the sides, if you dump enough explosives into a hole of one of these transports, it's going down."
