It starts attempting to lock on to you as you approach, but is destroyed before it can fire.

You blow a hole in the armor, and a hole through the internals, exposing the white-hot fusion reactor to potential heatseekers, though it will require a perfect approach.

I try and get the right approach, and fire two heatseekers at the exposed reactor core.
