Yes-Man approaches Tippy with a similar offer, boasting the fact that he is a Helian and thus knows more about Helian tech.
Badger:
I shrug and look at yes-man and squint my eyes slightly before turning back to Tippy; "It might just need a reboot or a recharge, check for a panel. If I'm wrong I think mr.helios can help you." I then go sit on a nearby crate watching them.

"I'd bet that something got cut in one of its limbs and it's frozen because of it trying to get a response from said limbs. Separate them entirely and restart it, that's what I'd do."
