Tippy takes the pen and begins writing on the sheet of paper. handwriting made notes look extensive but really it was only a few words long. She pulls out $150 and folds it into the note and sticks it inside the envelope.
She looks up.
"Bartender."

One of the patrons, visibly drunk, rises out of his chair and starts to lumber towards Tippy. Obviously inebriated to the point of losing much of his bodily coordination, he nearly stumbles over himself en route to Tippy. He looks like he wants a scuffle.
Surprisingly, nobody else on the roof seems to be perturbed or worried. They just go about what they were doing before.

Alright I replaced the talksprite of the barkeep with a custom one because jesus christ that was literally Matsumoto with black hair and blue eyes
As a disclaimer:
Never do that without several days' notice. I'm not opposed to doing some custom talksprites here and there for you guys, but seriously having to make a new sprite entirely on such short notice is actually kind of frustrating. Please, if you need a new character icon or whatever, give me time to think about these things so I'm not tearing my hair out.

You experience agonizing pain on the level of being torn into several dozen pieces by Deltan rock-fish as you attempt to down the rum quickly. The most likely next course of action would be for you to spit it out in searing pain.
