Jaakko is staring at the ice in his glass, thinking about his former squadron. He'd only been in that squadron a couple of months before the fight over Taiton. The aircraft his squadron was facing were superior to his squadron's own MiG's in almost every way. The Huitzitlaotani had gotten in close and turned the fight into a furball. His own squadron had committed and couldn't disengage, the Huitz would simply catch up and shoot them down. Jaakko recalls diving amongst the buildings and getting away in a trench-run down a large street. He is snapped out of his thoughts by Tippy's statement. "Kissinger?" |
