It's been determined that just about everybody should at least catch the gist of both Aesthian and Mercanan, the former because everybody hails from and has been in NAUC for a while and Aesthian is a common language; the latter because Mercana is one of the if not the largest trading entity on the planet and as a result spreads its language far and wide.
