Gonna step right in and say that depending on how heavily ingrained Kintharian culture is into Yui she'd be more or less comfortable being referred to by first name. Generally it's not something somebody you just met gets to do, and is a right reserved for close friends as well as family. So if Yui's been raised by Kintharians around Kintharians in Kinotown then she wouldn't be comfortable with that. Otherwise carry on.
