9:30 sleep
5:15 awaken

7:30 awaken on weekends

i sleep from 11 to 5:30 every day excluding weekends from like 1 am to 8 am

keep the sleep timer on my tv, helps me sleep. idk why just a wierd habit i have
i can sleep without the tv too, but i find it slightly harder to fall to sleep
idk why but i like noise while going to sleep

you should try white noise

as for my sleeping habits, on school days i go to bed at 11-12 and wake up at 7 am
as for weekends i just don't give a forget and go to sleep whenever i drop dead

5:00 AM: Wake up.

~9:00 PM: Go to sleep.

Stay up to 2.
Sleep.
Wake up around 8.


I wake up whenever I wake up, unless its a school day, in which case I set an alarm. Often when I first wake up I can't go back to sleep.
Falling asleep is varied. Sometimes it can be as early as 9 but other times its till I pass out around 5 am. I haven't been able to sleep properly since the 5th grade, heh.

Bad. Some days I'll get 4 hours of sleep because I'm up all night doing homework, studying, playing video games, fapping, etc;



without other people going to sleep around me I've found I don't sleep
I just pass out once too tired, since I don't feel it
which normally happens at around 5-8 am, but slightly offsets each night

Sleep? Pfft. Real men don't need sleep.

Maybe I do get a little bit, but, that's not the point. And I don't hide under the covers because of loving scary-ass games.
