If you buy it, they get money. They really do not care what you use it for after that. Raids are probably against some obscure term of the licenses no-one reads and then they ban you and don't give your money back.

I'm really interested in seeing what happens with the LEGO game. However, my biggest fear is that it will be too censored and dumbed-down so it can cater to a younger audience. I love Blockland because I have the option to do whatever the hell I want. If I want to have (what some people in the world may see as) "horribly offensive" content in my server, then I have that option without fear of being banned. I wouldn't necessarily get that permission in LEGO's game, I can be damn sure of that. Badspot stays out of the personal affairs of users as long as it doesn't affect his relationship as a game producer with the customers. But, it could turn out that being "kiddie" might not be such a bad thing (like the Nintendo Wii, or the LEGO Star Wars series of games).

In short, I'm afraid the Lego game will be too kiddie for me to have as much fun in it as I do in Blockland. One large reason I like to play Blockland is because 'Step 1: Games'  (pretty much Badspot) is an independent developer and doesn't have to uphold the image of a multi-national toy company like LEGO, which allows the user experience in Blockland to vary much better for an adult's taste in gaming.

LU will probably have more limitations in what you can build. In most of the Lego games I have ever played you cannot build exactly what you want to build, In Blockland you can!

You ment Lego Universe.

LU looked cool until I found Blockland. By that preview it looks like you can't just jump in and start building your house were ever you want. Unlike Blockland were you can just join a freebuild server and start building.

they let us look like we are the bad guys...

Id play it if I get a dragon to wreck stuff for me :P

I doubt I will though, because Mocheeze's post sounds horribly real D:

I'll stick with mah Blockland thankaverymuch!

I think it'll be great. We'll get all the intelligent people and all the people who haven't been through puberty yet will be on Lego's.

Until they get banned for being stupid noobs...and then they search for something similar.

And guess who's somewhat similar?

They probably will go to Roblox since they don't understand how to build in Blockland.

i playd roblox... it's loving lagi sometimes and its loving hard to understand how to build... it was funny making your own decals for all sort of bricks....

You do realise that Wikipedia can be edited by anyone, right? It was likely someone from here who put that in the article. The sentence in question isn't very well written either, "the maker of Blockland"? Also, look at the link next to it in the article, it only goes back to the main page of this site. There are no sources or articles linked to confirm any of the claims made in there at all.
did you see te trailer the game is real

anyways blockland is different its like legos it can be morphed into anything
its not a one objective game it is literaly a game with endles posibilities only real lego fans can do anything on it (not including noobs) not some little kids who stop playing legos when they turn 10
