Like, what kind of problem? Like, can no one join your server or when your friend tries to join, they say it won't work?
If its the first problem, then remove server pass or host a INTERNET server.
If its the second one, then the problem is probably your internet.

If your server was set up correctly then it works fine. If it is not then it sometimes works fine (thanks to the Blockland matchmaker). Punch requests relate to this. The case could be that the matchmaking server has been down. The solution is to set up your server correctly from the beginning.
