My dad was a model for Oliver People's sunglasses, along with doing some runway work and being in a lot of stock photos. We have a couple magazines with him in them and a mattress box with his picture on it that he stole from Sears. His rationale is that it has his face on it. He also won a best actor's award at the Old Globe theatre in San Diego, was a photographer for Transworld skate (he at one point lived with Kris Markovich and Joel Tudor sends him skateboards from time to time), and is currently the face of a homeless outreach organization.
