also where did i say i signed a contract for them to build me just launch vehicles
the contract was for a lot more than that
and for a lot longer than 2 years

If you really want a space program stop loving around with my American companies and make your own. Maybe hire the people that kiss the feet of a royal family.
Maybe use your extra funds to educate against marrying 12 year old girls and marrying your first cousins.
