Germany begins construction of more infrastructure throughout the whole of Southern Germany (including Austria), as well as beginning to upgrade the industrial capacity around central germany. The state of the Netherlands, however, remains unchanged. There has been construction of living spaces in dried-out areas of the Netherlands, as reconstruction focus is rather moderate there.
Propaganda campaigns spread down to Austrian lands to assure the public they are in the right hands! Germany goes through improving their economy & currency things yes yes in order to more or so soften the blow of the Recession.
A few more different types of armored vehicles begin to emerge, however they all seem to be extensions or upgrades of currently existing ones, except for one or two, which has not become widely known about yet.
