saudi arabia is almost ready to launch their first manned mission to space. additionally, two new satellite launches are planned, one being a large, two piece SSEC communications satellite and the other a cell phone satellite for saudi government communication

okay well Serbia doesn't border Russia so I guess no
unless we steamrolled across Europe and took all the countries leading up to Serbia (obviously not doing that)
