im with US here, if this ends up to be experiments for new military weaponry to use in a upcoming way im going to war you as well

SSEC comms satellite launch was successful, as was the gov't communications satellite launch
however, shortly after, the SSEC comms sat suffers a failure in a thin, detachable portion of the second module. it was deorbited safely into the arabian desert
operational efficiency is modified only slightly as the malfunctioning part was only a small device used to protect it from debris
