The Swedish military procures three more full Phoenix aircraft and an undisclosed number of Exis craft to supplement the Gripen NG fleet. Sweden has also slowly been replacing their helicopter and aerial transport fleet with reverse-engineered vehicles. The C-130 has been heavily modified to suit the needs of the Swedish Air Forces and the propellers have been replaced with jet engines, some aspects of the airframe were redesigned or reinforced to support higher speeds. The HKP-18 Ataxis is a brand new transport created as a result of Sweden's aggressive space program, but does not feature any sort of re-entry or outer-space capability. It does have the liberty of a VTOL transport based on the tiltrotor concept. The HKP-17 Hawke is a stealthy helicopter based on the UH-60 that will serve as Sweden's primary utility military helicopter, variants were built exclusively for use by the navy in submarine-hunting and search-and-rescue operations. This is done in an effort to increase the tactical flexibility of the Swedish Armed Forces to react or proactively act in a variety of situations.

yeah im not sure its legal to reverse engineer without permission
that being said, irl there are blatant examples of the export nation predicting it, and making the export version lack the tech of the original. iirc, the export abrams doesn't have chobham armor, for example
