well then here anyways, people usually say Britain or england unless they're specifically talking about Scotland or wales

That is why it will be a flyby explosion.
It won't be placed on the surface.
It doesn't have an intention to blow it up. It will only produce a force that will shove it off its course.
A space tug will be a massive project to do.
