This is 2011. You are trying to clone and genetically modify people through test tube and I would assume inseminating women.
This implies some stuff going wrong, and could hurt the bearer.
New disorders, mental diseases, unfortunate physical mutations, and then subsequent termination for "an experiment gone wrong".
This is NOT world peace, this is disorder and walking into the unknown. This is denying human rights to freedom, because I would assume you would keep these kids inside this facility for however long you decide.
