the moscow missile defense is far better than washington's. the US has been gradually dismantling and weakening it over time while russia did not
and we've got all those swedish planes and satellites
also the UN has more bases
if they decide not to disband i'll stay a member
the US, on the other hand, may not exist to BE a member.
