The release of Iceland and a formal apology appease the rebels somewhat, but the WLF takes St. Petersburg. Moscow is still rebel-free, for now.

I was the senior member in CSTO and China of the EA, so when we merged we were both senior members. China also launched nukes. Saudi Arabia did the first strike, and they approached me over Steam, though I was considering an attack independently. Afghanistan was also in the Steam chat.

afghanistan didn't actually do anything though, and saudi only launched non-nuclear god rods
i say only because while it's true that the god rods crippled america so that the nukes could hit, it's also true that god rods don't make massive swathes of land uninhabitable
