The Kalmar Union parliament passes legislation granting core-type robots certain rights and permitting the distribution and sale of commercial androids. Trade restrictions between the three combined nations are abolished as well, and the banking system is consolidated to provide financing for new companies after a risk assessment. Banks are forbidden from engaging in the stock market in any capacity. The Swedish Space Program has been downsized considerably, but still maintains a strictly unmanned program that is far cheaper than the bloated program that was pursued in the prewar period. Though, as result of efforts to restore service, the Kalmar Union has their own intranet network that is seeing an increase in a variety of websites. You have your typical social media, video-sharing, and gaming sites.
Radiation mitigation operations are expanded and there has been some success so far in reducing background radiation to slightly safer levels, though the Norwegian administrative zone was hit the hardest since there's a bunch of mountains in the way. Medical centers in the area are expanded as a result. Biotechnology and pharmaceutical expenditures increase slightly.
Domestically, concessions are being given to business to encourage expansion and hiring so that more people have jobs and the money feeds back into the economy, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance is looking into expanding their trade partners all across the world, with the major targets being Germany, China, and Japan.

germany's economy was p bad the last time he went to war against a stuff ton of nations, too
for the most part, invading russia in the winter is what defeated him that time
