A munitions factory in Ho Chi Minh goes up in flames. Heavy ammunition explodes and sends out many more small arms rounds, artillery/mortar rounds and tank shells flying throughout the city. Around 70% of the explosive ammunition dispersed detonate, moderately damaging modern buildings while older buildings crumble. No official death toll, but hundreds are reported missing. |
