canada can choose between ontario or quebec, keep newfoundland while germany gets new brunswick and nova scotia
also if you choose to keep an area that's walled in like quebec, a passage will have to be made to allow germany to be connected to it

This is too much to be considered repercussions to a pretty ridiculous and short-lasting invasion. Not world policing, just don't think it is right for a European to do this.....
