Noted and accepted, However it will be just me and canada for the American NK, I don't think Vietnam and japan agreed to go all the way there, just the one attached to my booty
Current terms and conditions:
(China + Japan + Vietnam + Canada) vs (Korea + (SASA (if they decide to intervene (which I personally don't recommend please don't start WWIV guys)))
(China gets NK, Vietnam gets SK, Canada gets NK America, Pending on japan)
Notes: From what I understand, Vietnam will colonise / puppet state SK, not annex since Japan is against harming SK, unless Vietnam wants to catfight it out with japan on what they should do
China + Canada vs North Korea America (Canada gets the land)
