i say we eliminate the council entirely, all it does is give a couple select nations stuff tons of power
make everyone equal and have the UN react to threats with deadly force
"elect" a "UN speaker" (nonnel) to carry out UN actions

the security council is like an elector in the usa.
its also a roosterblocker, for both good and bad things.
it stops from the idiots ( uninformed citizens) from voting for bad presidents (stupid resolutions).
of course that system is now bullstuff and its just entirely a formality
but of course, we can still require the, uh, invasion of people who break propositions
we need security council members
