also with this, germany still considers France their own. Motorized soldiers patrol rural regions while a large military presence is set in cities.
Also, I don't think UN should be allowed to vote and do this type of stuff. I think it relies heavily on what other countries will do about it, not just a vote of "yes" or "no"
