Mass propaganda efforts are spread throughout France, in attempts at making the French believe they need the German power to keep their nation living in fallout-like times such as these.
Loyalty Youth groups are also spread out to France as subdivisions.

Germany claims that it was an effort to keep Europe alive and well, as the German economy had not been as unstable as others. Germany also notes its reconstruction of the French infrastructure and recovery of the French people.
