germany tries bringing in some good ol pride to the french and try to cheer them up with parades (with free food and drinks!!!!!) :))))
A large tower is constructed near the IIA tower, them being almost the exact same height except the new tower being a little more smaller. The 'Bureau of Homeland Defense' new symbol is built onto it, and the tower becomes officially used by the BHD. However, as of now they seem idle, doing little investigations on rebellions.
