You should add Licences for a car tier.

like the starters get a cheap russian car but can either buy a tier or do a licence test like TRIALS

It makes the game fair and it makes it feel like Nascar 08`.

I can't do license trials because then it can't be automated

Dedicated server has been set up

Now all I have to do is import the addons and finish a decent amount of map and then it will open
