Banning someone because you have a bad history with them is not a good ban reason. Just because you are perma'd from his server does not give you the permission to ban him from this server.

If someone you disliked for being a stuff in the past came in your server and started trying to abuse loopholes in your rules, would you ban them? I know I would, simply because it already becomes obvious it doesn't stop there.

wait, so who's server is this, refticus's or rtbarchive's? rtbarchive wouldn't be making rules for someone else's servers, would he?

in all seriousness, i don't think you really get to say what warrant's a ban on the server. obviously there's some dirt refticus has on shamester, and refticus can ban whoever the hell he feels like banning. i have a couple people banned on my server for stuff they've said to me over steam and stuff. it's perfectly okay to ban someone because you have a bad history. who are you to say otherwise?
