CS GO is black and white. Help.

CS GO for me is completely black and white. I don't know what caused this, and everything else is in color.
Help me, guys.
This is more of a hardware issue than game issue, so that's why I'm not posting in games.

Color mode is on television, since I'm using a flatscreen TV as a monitor.
To add, everything was fine until I switched monitors.

oh wtf I turned the color settings up on my monitor and it fixed itself
that's weird since it affected nothing else
