Being kicked once after doing something, it might be forgivable to not get the message. But then it happens again. And then again.
It is a warning, regardless of whether or not you get the hint.
I think a better warning would be just to say: "Stop doing that or else" Because being kicked from games like rising lava or knife games, when you come back, you usually have to wait for the round to end to join. If the admin just tells them to stop first, and a kick coming if they don't stop, that just seems a lot better and less hasty. That's just my opinion tho.
