I don't see why it matters if it's harmful to the user or not. Are you guys trying to say we should make everything that's unhealthy illegal?
We can't make oxygen illegal

It is illegal due to the fact that it has the chance of harming, either directly via second hand smoke or indirectly via a car crash with a high driver, an individual

I do believe it should be legal by the same way alcohol is with a cap to how high you can legally be

It should also only be allowed in private or designated areas like cigarettes

I dont care who smokes it, but stuff smells nasty. I dont wanna smell that stuff.

Welp it seems it affects everyone different then.
this just in everyone: drugs affect people differently

Of course everything has side effects, even those FDA approved magic pills. From what I've noticed the FDA stuff is so so much worse than marijuana.

it does so much more bad than what it does good

if it increases net social utility, sure > :-)

Yes, I turned the bottle around. It has so many side effects that may/may not get you. Just like marijuana.
However, have you seen the side effects on the stuff that gets approved? It doesn't take a scientist to read and tell that something will probably cause a lot of trouble.

Can people take like three seconds to look up how many people have died from alcohol poisoning, then compare it to the number of people who have died from cannabis overdose? Here, I'll do it for you. Six people a day die from alcohol poisoning. Not in the world, just in America. Six. Meanwhile, no one has ever overdosed on marijuana. There you loving have it.

You do realise that the vast majority of those things are only put there for liability reasons, right? I mean, I'm fairly certain that the Flu medicine my family keeps in the medicine box ain't ever gonna result in my death through normal usage, but you can bet your ass that someone has managed to kill themselves with Flu medicine via absurd overdoses which means they have to list it as a potential side-effect so that morons don't sue them up the ass over things that aren't actually related to the medicine itself.

"MY BAD HABITS ARE SAFER THAN EVERYONE ELSES BAD HABITS BECAUSE I SAID SO! MY DRUG OF CHOICE IS SAFER THAN YOUR DRUG OF CHOICE BECAUSE I SAID SO!"

no one has ever overdosed on marijuana.

Like seriously, that's a really forgetin bold thing to say, I hope you have some evidence to back that up, especially considering you can overdose on literally anything. Water even.

The likelihood that even 5% of those side effects will affect the average person is incredibly low.

Just read my prescription for my anti depressants and the only listed side effect is it may cause drowsiness
