if its 2 minutes it goes back to a dm, fine new system 1st Flash Mob = 15 minutes 2nd = 1 hour 3rd = 4 hours 4th = 1 day 5th = 2 days 6th = lifetime (you have to reset) now these rest every ingame week so it won't be if you jave done 6 Flash Mobs in your life time you have to reset it will be if you commit 6 in one week

what about clearing all their weaponry when they are released from jail? what about not allowing them to buy guns for a while?
