Author Topic: Windows 8 error "Repairing Disk Errors"  (Read 1111 times)

So, my computer was unresponsive so I force booted it off. When I turn it back on, I'm greeted with the message of "Reparing disk errors. This might take over an hour to complete."
What.
It's been 4 hours now, and I'm still stuck at this screen. What could've caused this, and how could I fix it?

hmmm
I don't boot unless I really have to. CTRL ALT DEL was unresponsive, same as ALT F4.

EDIT:
Now it's giving me troubleshoot options which take me back to the "Repairing system" page.

Something tells me this isn't Blockland, and is more contingent on an unsavory browsing history.

what

I had the same issue with my previous computer. From my experience it means the harddrive is shot.

I even had to get a new computer instead of asus. I had to ask bestbuy 5 times before when i sent in my computer the harddrive stop running afterwards. I glad i backup.

Just resetting my whole PC and hoping for the best.

I didn't say it was. I could go on a topic in general discussion and say the same thing and it still wouldn't mean the whole topic should be in help just because I said that, so chill your tits.

Did a system restore. All default settings.
forget. I have to discontinue my weapon pack due to loss of the MS3D files now.
All systems seem to be working properly, however.
Locking.
