OP is right. RPs are 95% of the time garbage servers.

There have always been a majority of RP servers mainly because they are easy to put together and require minimal setup.
All you need is a few vehicles and a simple build and seeing how most of the community does this on random servers anyways, its no wonder RPs are mass produced.

the others I don't tend to visit but sometimes you can find a gem

There were always RPs. It hasn't changed. I don't see it as a problem.

The number of RPS is pretty much the same as ever.

What you're noticing is the number of other servers going down in general.

The best part is when hosts make horribly ill informed decisions, like fetching me in a jeep ontop of a line of people, then fetching someone walking as i got out causing him to get an 8 kill streak and banned
