Author Topic: Print glare?  (Read 454 times)

So I made some custom prints for a build I'm kaing, but they have this giant ass glare on them when shaders are set to snething that isn't off.

Default prints do not have this. How does this happen?

if you go into paint.net and take a sample of the area with the glare on them, you should notice that the color that you just sampled is a completely transparent white. you don't want it to be completely transparent white, you want it to be completely transparent black, because the black will not give off any glare in-game.

so you would make a new color, set it to the color black, and set its transparency to nothing. then you would fillcan the effected areas and it should be fixed.

no edit: for anyone who is wondering, this applies to faces/decals as well
it probably applies to any texture that will be used in blockland, so be careful when you're making your textures.
