Well, in most cases of police brutality (the paralyzation of an Indian man, the Ferguson shooting, etc.) the police or police departments involved have had either records of excessive force before hand, or were known to have tribal members or tendencies before the aforementioned incidents. It should probably start with a tightening of police with prior records of excessive force.

To most young people, specifically minorities - a cop who is white, that shoots someone who is not white (more specifically, black), they are by default classified as a tribal. In America I feel like racial tensions are getting worse and worse. The sad thing is that it feels like a lot of the racism is being reversed. It's hard to explain, but America is still very divided regardless of race. If you are poor; then you live in the poor part of town. If you're rich; you live in the wealthy part of town. America is just so segregated in my opinion, in terms of race and income. Just the other day my friend got a suspension for quoting the word monday in literature class from Moby richard. All of the kids in my class got offended and went up to the principal. I say screw them. My friend was quoting a GOD DAMN book for god sakes.  These thugs in my class say the word "brother" and "monday" to each-other on a day to day basis, and that isn't tribal?

I would not like to be educated, I know what the word context means. Any racial word said to one another should not be tolerated. There is no context. Jewish people don't call each-other kikes, gays don't call each-other friends, lesbians don't call each-other dikes, Chinese don't call each-other chinks, and Muslims don't call each-other ragheads. What makes it ok for anyone to spew disgustingly tribal stuff to one another?

NEWS: Thug criminals set fire to the CVS Pharmacy previously looted, and there are firefighters around the area -- and the rioters are throwing stuff at the firefighters and officers. Despicable.

the victim's family asked for peace as the victim in question's funeral was today. it's kind of interesting to see that this was the outcome. i think there was violence last night too...
like forget, there's even people saying that people are slashing firemen's hoses according to the news that i have flipped on right now.

and uh, this hits a little close to home here, since i'm a maryland kid- though i don't live in baltimore i live an hour away from it.
