No, it's not. This is partially about administration and how they handled him.

They permanently banned all accounts of a person who as far as we know is content on crashing servers and gloating about it.

Maybe you're one of the good administrators, because a lot of them do go off word of mouth. I am not arguing that he did nothing wrong. He did. I am arguing that his power of server host and "right to ban" does not make him any less terrible of an administrator
