I never perma muted him. His 1 minute ban ran out and I didn't do anything after. I'm sure Maxxi can vouch for me on that. I muted him imminently because about a second after he joined, he started spamming caps. The appropriate response to that was the minute mute I spoke of above.

He's more of a victim than you are and it still doesn't change the fact that what you have done here has accomplished literally nothing aside from painting yourself as a petulant child; as a caustic stuffhead who thinks he has the right to stuff all over someone just because they've done bad things in the past and get away with it free of consequence.

Even if Maxx is just as in the wrong as you are that doesn't mean I'm not going to tell you just how in the wrong you are simply because "Oh well you're just as bad as each other". I re-iterate; leave Maxx alone for once and grow the forget up.
