Ryan pulls security from the catwalks of the bridge, keeping an eye out for any reinforcement, better able to see after attaching a high contrast sight behind his scope.  "No deaths-- what for?  We're hijacking the contents of the boat, not taking hostages," he says quietly to himself.

Rutger runs to the side of the boat and drops the duffle bag onto the net and watches as it slides down onto the boat below

On the bridge of the cargo ship, two fast moving ships appear on radar. Their identity is unknown. The transponder readout is in Khmer.

The readouts cannot be seen by the Spanish Inquisitor (The PT Boat), because the PT is docked next to the cargo ship.

Ryan spots the ships on the horizon and calls them out quickly, "Any ROE on approaching ships or do we have to let them live too!?"

The two ships are appear to be former US coast guard cutters, however, their flags do not denote a country, and they are not painted in a coast-guard fashion. They are either pirates or PMC's. Either way, one has a fairly sizable deck gun, anywhere from a 40mm to a 3 inch gun. The other has quiet a few deck mount MG's, and is preparing to launch two speedboats.
