Unreasonable high personal ping, having connection issues

So, this hasn't happened before, and i have literally no clue what's going on, every time i join a server, as of recent i have gotten at least over 20 ping, here are three consecutive pictures of my ping on Nal's rising lava, I don't expect this to get much attention but if you have any idea what's going on, please explain.



Note: After the spikes had stopped, my ping returned to normal.
