Author Topic: "SetBotType > NONE" not working across saving/loading  (Read 303 times)

when working with extremely large amounts of bot holes, i typically have most of them set to "SetBotType > NONE" so there aren't a hundred bots going around lagging me to bits

the problem is that, when i save and reload a build with these disabled bot holes, the bot holes, even though they have been set to "NONE", spawn bots anyway and lags me to bits

any idea on how to stop this and why this happens?

I had the exact same problem, use /clearbots just as you begin loading and spam the command if needs be
you can also use /clearvehicles (or /clearallvehicles i forget) and /cancelevents to try reduce lag too.

It seems that the setbottype event doesnt actually properly work when loading, atleast when you add or remove add-ons, very infuriating
