Well that's not true.
If I had a list of every unique item and what it did and looked like, that wouldn't be a story spoiler, but it would be an actual spoiler.

I imagine it's supposed to be a mutation, like those giant crab monsters
besides, it's probably just as underpowered as every power like that in other games. you know how many times I've chosen an argonian because they can breath underwater? once. and that was because I was twelve and had a fundamental misunderstanding of the term "waterbreathing"

Ahaha, if you mean that how I think you do, that's really cute.
Yeah, if it's going to be a meaningful perk, then I imagine they've redesigned swimming in some way to be more easy anyhow.
Because let's be honest, it was stuff in 3/NV.
Can hardly see, go really quite fast, don't have much air at all.
And they knew it was crap, hence the fact you can probably count the amount of times you went swimming as part of a quest/dungeon on your fingers.

There's a gun, that shoots bullets, and it looks like a gun :cookieMonster:
on a more serious note the assault rifle looks like cross between a lewis gun, a maxim machine gun
