I think I'm actually going to get into FO4 modding. I've been looking into papyrus and it's not that difficult, and very well documented. Funnily, the guide for exporting from blender to skyrim (which I'm assuming will be the same for FO4) uses blender 2.49b, which is the same version people use to export from blender to blockland.
