I play almost exclusively on PC these days and I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. The Fallout 4 UI is just fine? What do you mean by "decent PC UI"?

Basically look at any Bethesda games default UI, and then look the mods that fixed them. Skyrims Default vs SkyUI, for example. Or the Darnified UI for previous Fallout games. They're less cluttered, more information is displayed at one time, ect.

Except im not. Ive said before I'm enjoying Fallout 4. I dont know why I would make things up to complain about in a game im enjoying. Also, im not the only one complaining about it.
