I've found some hidden loot.
Right underwater here is a full set of T-45A power armor.
Under here is a locked chest on a boat difficulty is Novice.
Contains a .44 magnum, Some ammo. Ya know. Casual stuff.
Also this image is blurry because I took it while underwater.

I've got two suits and found two more but left those alone since the parts were junk and I doubt I'll ever need that many frames
Anyway I just finished Nick's companion quest, feels super good
